Services We Provide

We offer professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, and more. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine the work is unsafe or beyond our capabilities.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from the initial assessment. We will notify you of any significant changes before starting work.

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for marking any underground utilities on your property before we begin work. You should also inform us of any property features that could affect our work, such as septic systems, irrigation lines, or buried cables.

Please ensure our crew has clear access to the work area and a place to park equipment. Keep children and pets away from the work area during service.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Weather and Delays

Tree work can be dangerous in bad weather. We may need to reschedule if conditions are unsafe. We will notify you as soon as possible if weather causes a delay.

Property Damage

We take great care to protect your property, but tree work involves some risk. We are fully insured and will work with you to address any accidental damage. Please inspect the work area with us before we leave.

Debris and Cleanup

Standard cleanup includes removing branches, wood, and debris from the immediate work area. We will leave your property clean and ready to use. If you want to keep firewood, please let us know before we start.

Liability Limits

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for damage to property that was not disclosed to us, damage caused by acts of nature, or issues that arise after we complete the work due to factors beyond our control.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for tree work on your property. We can advise you on local requirements, but it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local ordinances.

Emergency Services

Emergency services are available for storm damage and hazardous tree situations. Emergency rates may apply for after-hours or urgent work.

Warranty

We guarantee the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to make it right.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
